Government Acknowledged SkyWorld’s Initiatives
CITY developer SkyWorld Development Group (“SkyWorld”) celebrated another milestone recently by hosting a successful key handover ceremony at Sentul.
This multiple award-winning SkyAwani series has cemented its position as the must-owned starter homes for first-time home buyers – given its affordable price, practical layout and the icing on the cake; full-fledged condominium facilities.
To commemorate the early handover of SkyAwani 1, SkyWorld held the Key Handover ceremony whilst at the same time revealed two good news.

Aziz, Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, Parti Keadilan Rakyat vice president Chua Tien Chang and Datuk Ng Thien Phing, Founder & Group MD of SkyWorld.
Speaking at the event, Khalid Samad said: “SkyAwani Residences is SkyWorld’s first affordable housing project and it has achieved a QLASSIC certification with a score of 76%. This proves that the quality workmanship of this RUMAWIP project has reached the quality standards set by CIDB. This is also the first RUMAWIP to handover with Strata Title. On this note, I strongly encourage other RUMAWIP developers to emulate this quality commitment and emphasize on high-quality workmanship in their developments as I believe high-quality workmanship will increase the property value. Priced at only RM300,000, it comes with full condominium facilities and I am truly very impressed with this value-for-money SkyAwani Residences.”
